New customers will look at your products and place an order. The moment, a customer makes purchase; you will get a notification email to ship the product. You will pack and deliver the product to the customer’s address and confirm shipment. After the completion for the process, Hampergift will deposit the amount into your account after deducting its processing fee

What are the charges of Sell on Hampergift?

I don’t have a website; can I still sell on Hampergift?

To start selling on Hampergift marketplace, you don't require a website. It's simple to list your products here and start selling.

If I use Sell on Hampergift to list my products, will the customer know that he is purchasing from me on Hampergift marketplace?

Yes, customers will know about you as we will clearly show about you on our product detail pages, and offer listing pages that the items are sold by you and the bill will carry your name.

How do I list my products on Hampergift?

To list your products on Hampergift, you are required to send your product details to us. We recommend you to use excel based inventory lists to create details for multiple products. Also, provide us with high resolution images with white background.

Can I sell outside India through Hampergift marketplace?

No. Now, Hampergift marketplace allows shipments only within India.

How do I get paid?

Hampergift will deposit payments into your bank account once a week.  You will receive payment after 7 days once the order is confirmed to be shipped.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscriptions anytime. However, if you signed up for the two year contract, you can cancel any time after 2 years.

Do you offer protection against fraud?

Yes. Hampergift assists you by protecting against fake and fraudulent orders placed for your products and payment fraud. It offers secured payment gateway.

Can customers leave feedback and how does customer feedback help ?

Yes. Customers are free to leave real feedback. It is important to have a high feedback rating as it helps in achieving success on Hampergift. It’s a good way for the customers to know that you are a trustworthy seller. All the ratings appear on the Offer Listing Page and customers see and trust you.
