We deliver your order only through reputed courier partners, to ensure that your order is delivered in time and in good condition. We currently offer FREE SHIPPING for ALL ORDERS. There are no delivery charges or any other charges like Octroi, state tax etc wherever applicable. Octroi charges if any will be collected from the consignee. Delivery Charges will be applicable in other country except India. Shipping charges vary depending on the Country, State, City or Region of the delivery address. 

The approximate time taken to deliver your product in Metro cities(Main areas) is 2-7 working days whereas in Interiors parts of Metro cities takes up to 4 to 7 working days. Product to be delivered in Interior parts of Rural area takes between 7 to 10 working days. For our International customer, products are delivered between 10 to 15 working days.

Delivery in rural interior areas of India : Hampergift takes7-10 days to deliver any parcel in rural interior areas through speed post or registered post from the day you have purchased the product on our website.

Day and Time of delivery : Delivery days are strictly from Monday to Saturday. If the date requested for delivery falls on a Sunday, or a public/local holiday, your parcel will be delivered immediately on the following working day. Expect your parcel on the door between 10.00am and 5.00 pm on working days.

Tracking of Orders  : Tracking the order with us has been made easier just for you. Track it with date of shipment and tracking code sent to you via email.

One time Delivery : A serious attempt will be made to ship all the products in one parcel together; this may not always be possible due to availability. In this case, we will inform you prior to dispatching the order.

Damaged Parcel Delivery : Do not accept the damaged parcels. Please call our Customer Care at +91-9702805805 or mail us at info@thehampergift.com mentioning your order reference number. We will try that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

What if no one is available to collect the parcel at the time you deliver? : In case, no one is available at the shipping address, we will drop a “missed you’ card, and attempt a delivery again the next working day.

In any case, if an item available with us is tampered, and if we are unable to procure a replacement, we will terminate that product from your parcel. In such an event, we will notify you about the same, and in accordance, we will credit your account with us.

Delay of Delivery : Orders can be delayed due to product unavailability or bad weather conditions. In such cases, you can notify us through mails or customer care service.

 

Receiving of Different order 

Please contact us immediately through mail info@thehampergift.com or customer care +919702 805 805 service and we will ensure it will be replaced as soon as possible. We will endeavor to ensure that the invoice for the order is not delivered to the recipient in the case of gifting orders. However, in some states it may be required by law, to provide the invoice to the recipient, and in such cases, we shall have to deliver the invoice along with the shipment
